Phonic

Phonic is a sans serif by Florian Schick and Lauri Toikka for Schick Toikka, released in 2024 in four weights with italics and a monospaced companion, Phonic Mono. Recalling routed and engraved signs, it rounds the joints where strokes meet at acute angles and keeps other corners sharp.
